ProForno Wood Fired Warranty
We offer a 2-year limited warranty on parts for all our wood-fired pizza ovens, including Traditional and Maximus models. This warranty covers removable parts such as doors, chimney caps, and small tools against breakage and unnatural damage from regular wear and tear. While it's normal for brick ovens to develop cracks, these do not indicate defects and are not covered under the warranty. If a warranty claim is needed, we ship replacement parts for free, often without requiring the return of damaged parts. All ovens are quality-checked before leaving our factory, ensuring that issues typically only arise from transit damage. General wear and tear, such as carbon buildup, scratches, and minor cracking, is expected and does not affect performance. It's crucial to prevent excessive water exposure; using a protective cover is strongly advised. Impexfire is not liable for misuse, such as overloading wood or using inappropriate materials, which will void the warranty. For maintenance, high-temperature engine paint can be used to touch up the chimney output if required.
