Yoder Competition Smokers
We stock the Yoder Pellet Smoker line at our location in Garfield NJ. You are welcome to stop by and take a look but please call ahead as it's very hard for us to keep it on hand as the inventory moves very quickly.
We do have our own YS-640s competition cart that we can demonstrate to give you a good idea of what all the different options are.
We do deliver the grills at an extra charge (front yard, ground level only) or we can have the unit shipped directly to you from Hutchinson, KS.
Shipping starts at $149.99 for standard cart and $249 for Competition Cart YS640s units. Please email mike@bourbonbbq.com with us your zip code we will provide the actual rate quote.
A little competition is a good thing. Especially when you're competing at something that really matters. Like barbecue. And let's face it, whether you're competing against the top smoke masters, the guy next door, or yourself, barbecue matters. So, for all you folks who like to win – the smoke pit crews, the Backyard Chefs the apron-wearing, tong-carrying people who live to "Grill" – it is YOU for whom we build our Yoder Smokers.
Yoder Smokers are NOT the typical barbecue pit you buy down at the local department store. These pits are designed for use at the biggest BBQ competitions, and in your own backyard where the competition can be just as stiff. We construct our line of competition-grade smoker pits to last a lifetime. In fact, that's how long we guarantee them against burnout. Our pits have so much steel in them that even the smallest pit we make weighs in at 255 pounds... and our biggest pits weigh well over 1,200 pounds before we even add a trailer to the weight. So, when your neighbor's shiny polished-steel grill has burnt through and is headed for the dump, you'll still be smoking away.
Go to a sanctioned BBQ competition and ask any owner of a Yoder Smokers product why they chose one of our pits and you're likely to hear things like: "It keeps an even temperature for a long time;" "It really keeps in the heat;" or "It uses less wood than the other pits."
