Designed to fit OKJ Longhorn Smoker.  Eliminate your 20" Dia. smoker's "hot spot" and expand your cooking area.  3/16" steel plate with graduated holes helps to lower the temperature of the first 12" of cooking chamber and raise temperature of rest of smoker.  Reduces the amount of rotating meat in a full smoker.
