PA026: Smoke Enhancer: FEC Fixed Shelf Units and FEC300

Instructions:

• Place on top of the existing firepot on models FEC100, FEC120, FEC240 or FEC300
• Clean out ash after each use
• Add pellets or wood chunks and set into place before starting smoker oven
• Experiment with different flavor combinations
