Each ProForno outdoor pizza oven features a traditional dome shape, a design that has delivered consistent cooking excellence for centuries. The beautifully finished refractory cement provides a natural look that seamlessly blends into your outdoor kitchen while adding a robust layer of insulation.

With triple insulation, the oven maintains consistent cooking temperatures for extended periods. Inside, high heat-resistant firebricks and mortar, along with refractory concrete, ensure the oven retains warmth, offering consistent cooking temperatures every time. The dome design is known for producing intense heat up to 1,000ºF, perfect for crispy Neapolitan pizza. It incorporates radiant heat, convection, and conduction, ensuring even cooking for pizzas, baked goods, desserts, meats, and more.

From top to bottom, these handmade ovens are constructed with a layer of high heat-resistant firebrick with mortar, and then covered with special refractory cement, creating triple layers of insulation for high heat convection cooking. In addition, your wood-fired pizza oven also features a steel black door, giving you easier pre-heating and more consistent cooking temperatures if needed.

ProForno Wood Fired Warranty

We offer a 2-year limited warranty on parts for all our wood-fired pizza ovens, including Traditional and Maximus models. This warranty covers removable parts such as doors, chimney caps, and small tools against breakage and unnatural damage from regular wear and tear. While it's normal for brick ovens to develop cracks, these do not indicate defects and are not covered under the warranty. If a warranty claim is needed, we ship replacement parts for free, often without requiring the return of damaged parts. All ovens are quality-checked before leaving our factory, ensuring that issues typically only arise from transit damage. General wear and tear, such as carbon buildup, scratches, and minor cracking, is expected and does not affect performance. It's crucial to prevent excessive water exposure; using a protective cover is strongly advised. Impexfire is not liable for misuse, such as overloading wood or using inappropriate materials, which will void the warranty. For maintenance, high-temperature engine paint can be used to touch up the chimney output if required.
