The peel is designed to help you slide your pizzas in and out of your Uuni 3. Simply sprinkle a little flour or semolina onto your peel to stop the pizza from sticking.  This pizza peel fits perfectly in the Uuni 3, the world's first portable wood-fired oven by Ooni. It can also be used for the Uuni Pro Outdoor Oven when making smaller pizzas.  If you already own an Uuni 3 then you already received one of these awesome pizza peels included but the addition of a second one allows you to build your pizza on your first peel while using the second one for cooking!
